    Description

    Offered here from the Jay McGirt Estate - a absolutely stunning and hard to find authentic vintage Osage Ribbon Work blanket panel.
    Jay was a well-known Creek Seminole textile artist, beadworker and potter. This was in his collection and possession for at least 20 years and possibly even much longer but we can confirm 20.
    Jay's work can be found in museums across the country including the Smithsonian, Cowboy Western Heritage Museum, Birmingham Museum of Art, Moundville, Al, etc.
    These (we have 3) are priced to sell as we make the final push to liquidate the remainder of the estate. This item represents an investment level piece of authentic Native art.
