Nothing says Christmas quite like a Christmas tree stocking - complete with decorations and presents! And Christmas will be here before you know it:) Knitted in worsted weight yarn, it measures from 24" - 26" long, and about 6" - 6-1/2" wide. Guaranteed to be a Christmas keepsake for years to come! Front is decorated with garland, ornaments, and presents - complete with embroidered bows. Back of stocking has snowflakes on tree. This pattern can be detailed with metallic yarn, beads, sequins, or yarn.
Pattern includes
written knitting instructions, a color knitting graph, and a letter/number chart for both 4 and 5 stitch widths. Instructions are also provided to knit with heel on right or left.

I started knitting Christmas stockings 30+ years ago when my kids were little.   Now that they are having children, it seemed like a great time to get back into knitting Christmas stockings!  I have been enjoying knitting many of those "vintage" patterns, as well as creating some new designs of my own.  My hope is that you will enjoy knitting these patterns as much as I do:)
