Instructions for these cozy socks are given in 6 sizes so you can make socks for your whole family! Use fingering or baby weight yarn with sizes 1 or 2 steel hooks for a finished size of 0-3", 3-5", 5-7", 7-9", 9-11" or 11-13" sole length.  Skill level is not given.
