This is in Fair to Good condition, with normal
handling wear.
Minor stains on front cover (see pic).
Water damage on bottom edge of back cover, also affects the 2nd half
of the interior pages.  Back cover damage is 3" x 3", but the interior
pages the damage is much less noticeable.  Still quite readable.
Unless noted above... No tears, no water damage, no missing pages, no odors.
I rate handling wear from best to worst...
Near Zero, Very Light, Light, Normal (average), Moderate, and Heavy
