    DETAILS OF ITEM
    This is an unusual vintage Japanese porcelain chopstick rest called Hashioki or Hashi Oki that measures 1.5 inches long. It was entirely hand painted in colorful stripes. It stands as a chopstick rest with the white base facing the table or placemat (see photo).
    There is a bit of wear to the colors; otherwise, the rest of its condition is very good and its age is from the 1970's.
