10 Vintage JADE or JADITE Fish Carved Chopstick Rests Mid Century 2 repaired.

**DESCRIPTION** A set of 10 (which is very hard to find still together! ) of charming vintage hand carved green Jadeite or Jade Chopstick holders in the form of fish. Great detail, each little fish seems to have it's own personality, with varying shades of green and translucency. Beautifully carved with little scales, fins and eyes.
Two of the fish have at some point in time lost their tails and had them repaired with some sort of glue.  These repairs are well done and I didn't even notice them on first glance. The last 3 pictures are zoomed in so that you can see the lines where the tails have been tails have been reattached.
Each one is carved from its own stone with its own qualities, colors, and characteristics. This should be seen as a feature and not a flaw. It''s  an example natural stone looks like as opposed to resin or glass which would be more uniform in color and opacity.
These pieces stay cold in you hand even after long contact.
**CONDITION** This set is in very good vintage condition.  As stated above, two of the holders have had a repair to their tails at some point. These two well executed repairs are the only flaws in the set.  Otherwise no chips, cracks, or scratches. These conditions are to be expected since it is 50+ years old and pre-owned. Please see all photos above, which have been carefully taken to give an accurate representation of this item. These photos should be considered as part of the description.
**DIMENSIONS** Each fish is approximately 1.75ʺ long × 1" Tall × 0.5ʺ wide.
